Aircraft Sales – N690WT

1978 Rockwell Commander 690B

Sold new by Byerly Aviation, N690WT has the right combination of low time airframe and Woodward equipped -10 power, Freon Air, good looks, and great maintenance status. N690WT was based in the middle America until 2006 when sold to a Mexican operator who continued to maintain the plane in the US. After 5 years, the plane returned to a Montana operator and then was sold in July, 2014 and seized by the US Department of Justice. While the aircraft is well known within the Commander world, the original aircraft records are missing. Importantly, copies of the recent engine overhaul records, avionics and maintenance and modifications are available since 2007. Substantial work including fresh inspections has been completed along with testing to production flight test standards. N690WT is an outstanding performing Commander.
