Shipping and Delivery Terms
Same Day Shipping Cutoff Times:
UPS: 1:45pm CST (If your order is placed after 1:45pm CST and you require same day shipment via UPS, please notate “AOG” in the order comments. Additional charges will apply to schedule a pickup for your order.)
Fedex: 2:00pm CST
All orders placed after 2:00pm CST will ship on the next business day. Please make note of this when selecting your delivery speed.
Please note that while Byerly Aviation works hard to keep our large inventory stocked up and ready for all customers, there are times when we simply may not have enough stock to meet our customer’s demands. In the event that we do not have enough stock to accommodate a customer’s requirements, we may dropship the order directly from the Manufacturer/Authorized Dealer.
Shipping charges are based on our rates with the respective carrier. We strive to get the lowest rates possible so we can save our customers shipping charges on packages. In order to keep our shipping prices low, we do not authorize use of personal/business carrier accounts. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you require the shipping method to be changed after the order has been placed, please contact us prior to the item shipping and we will change our system and bill your credit card for the additional shipping charges.
All parts provided by Byerly Aviation will be accompanied by, at minimum, a Certificate of Conformance (COC). All Overhauled, Repaired, Rebuilt, or Serviceable parts will come with a FAA 8130-3 certification or approved repair tag, based on the vendor certifying the part. Byerly Aviation does not repair parts in-house, therefore all repaired parts are certified by outside vendors and inspected upon arrival of the item back from their shop. FAA 8130-3 certifications are not required with each part sold but are available for a majority of our inventory.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email/text (based on your selection). All shipments will be monitored by us to ensure proper delivery. Should there be an issue with your shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Customers are given 24 hours after delivery of shipments to inspect for damage/missing items. If shipping damage has occurred, it must be reported within the 24 hour time frame after delivery. Pictures must be sent to us so we may report the damage with the responsible carrier. Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis. If the product is damaged, we will (providing stock is available) send a replacement item for the damaged product. The damaged product will need to be sent back to us, unless otherwise noted.
